Privacy commitments
We take privacy seriously because publishers handle sensitive advertiser and audience relationships.
What we collect
Workspace data you create (advertisers, campaigns, contracts, invoices), audience metrics you sync from connected integrations, and the minimum account data needed to operate the service.
What we do not do
We never sell your data. We never use your workspace data to train shared AI models. Your advertiser list is yours — full stop.
Data retention
Active workspaces: data retained as long as your subscription is active. Cancelled workspaces: data retained for 30 days then permanently deleted. Backups are purged within 90 days.
Data residency
Primary data centers are in North America (US-East and CA-Central). EU data residency available on Enterprise plans.
Subprocessors
We use a small number of vetted subprocessors for infrastructure, email delivery and payments. The full list is available on request.
Your rights
Export your workspace data at any time. Request deletion at any time. We respond to GDPR and PIPEDA requests within 30 days.
