How Adwire protects, retains and recovers your data.
Data handling
Workspace data is processed only to operate the service: rendering pages, computing reports, sending notifications, and generating AI Revenue Advisor outputs.
Data retention
Workspace data is retained for the life of your subscription. Deleted records are soft-deleted for 30 days before permanent removal.
Backup strategy
Automated database snapshots are taken every 24 hours and retained for 7 days. Point-in-time recovery is available for the last 7 days on production.
Disaster recovery
We test full restore procedures quarterly. Target RTO: 4 hours. Target RPO: 1 hour.
Incident response
Customers are notified within 72 hours of any confirmed incident materially affecting their data, with a post-incident report within 14 days.
AI processing
Prompts and outputs from the Revenue Advisor are stored in your workspace. They are not used to train shared models. AI providers process data under data-processing agreements.
